Refund & Cancellation Policy:

The Policy:

All my products other than Event Ticket Registrations are website driven and downloadable.  The training programs available for purchase on our website are subject to our copyright policy.

 

If you purchase one of our online training programs, after your payment has cleared, your license to use the training program and digital data will be activated. Once the license is activated, no refunds will be given.  These programs are also non-transferable.  Allowing others to use your license is strictly prohibited.

 

This policy is in place because it would be impossible for you to return the registered version of our program once you have full access to the downloadable materials.

 

If Links are Not Working:

I understand that sometimes links may not work because of technical errors.  In this case, I would expect immediate notification via email to [email protected] or call 888-442-5545. 

 

All issues will be resolved within 24 business hours of notification.  To resolve some of these issues, our tech support department may need to see your computer screen during an online meeting session. 

 

By reading this policy, you fully agree to the solutions we offer for resolution.

Acceptance of this Policy:

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund & cancellation policy. By placing an order for any of my products, you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this policy.

 

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, I ask that you do not place an order with me.

Events Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event.

 

Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $100 service fee.

 

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

 

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

 

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

 

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

 

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

 

These above policies apply to all Bridge Venture Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
