Using A3 lean processes, Angelique built the SSESC (Supplies and Services Executive Steering Committee), and gained CFO approval to add 15 staff members to support a complete CVA (Clinical Value Analysis) rebuild.

Over the course of one year, long standing cultures shifted through consistent use of a purposefully designed email follow up process, including action items and member accountability.

Service line CVA nurse staff was added to support and maintain program standard work. Six system level and seven hospital/non acute site level CVA committees were developed and launched under the governance of the revamped CVA Program.
