I am just like you, I am ambitious, intelligent, compassionate, and driven. I recognize that success won’t just come to me; I have to pursue it myself. I was never lazy, but I used to lack direction. I wanted to grow and advance in my career, and I needed guidance to do so. Fortunately, I had some great mentors along the way.

Today, great mentors and coaches are rare. I’ve witnessed their decline in the workplace firsthand. I believe it’s my God-given gift and mission to be there for others, helping as many as possible achieve their potential.

Began my career at a major medical supply company in Madison, WI while completing my Business Management degree from Kaplan University.

Served as International Operations Manager for two of the world's largest medical supply companies in Chicago.

Joined the fifth-largest U.S. healthcare system in Seattle as Director of Operations, building their first direct-to-hospital distribution center.

A graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, Abegail has built a dynamic career supporting both local and international concerts and events, managing logistics, backstage coordination, and on-ground execution with precision and professionalism.

Her career also spans 7 years in customer service support for both Australian and U.S. accounts, where she developed a strong foundation in client communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service. As a former Airbnb Ambassador, she served as a key representative of the brand, promoting trust and quality experiences within the global travel community.
