Using A3 lean processes, Angelique built the SSESC (Supplies and Services Executive Steering Committee), and gained CFO approval to add 15 staff members to support a complete CVA (Clinical Value Analysis) rebuild. As co-chair of the SSESC, she devolved leader knowledge on how to build a clinically integrated supply chain.
Over the course of one year, long standing cultures shifted through consistent use of a purposefully designed email follow up process, including action items and member accountability.
Service line CVA nurse staff was added to support and maintain program standard work. Six system level and seven hospital/non acute site level CVA committees were developed and launched under the governance of the revamped CVA Program. CMO, CNO, clinical VP’s, directors and managers, as well as front line staff regularly attend CVA committee meetings. Data Analytics maintains an initiative compliance and implementation tracker for system and site level accountability, reviewed at each monthly CVA meetings.
Angelique’s work earned her the GHXellence Award for innovation in rebuilding Legacy’s CVA Program and governance structure. She also shared her successes speaking at the GHX Summit 2022, Vizient Summit 2022, AHVAP 2022, and WSHMMA 2023."
